Training and Development
We invest heavily in the training and development of our teams. Our dedicated and qualified Skills Trainers provide structured guidance to equip you with the skills to become a professionally skilled, competent Dry Cleaner. You will also be supported to achieve a nationally recognised qualification – the NVQ in Dry Cleaning Operation, within the first year of your employment with us.
If you join us as Trainee Branch Manager you will enjoy a comprehensive induction programme, specifically aimed at providing you with the skills to manage your first branch within three months.
If you are keen to further your career with us either in stores or in the Support Office, a personal development plan will be designed which may include participation on our Advanced Management Development Programme. This ongoing framework of on-the-job training and structured learning programmes is tailored to you, your role and your experience
